We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an online order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it and you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. Return postage for unwanted items is the customers’ responsibility.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate. We will arrange and appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Once a returned item has been received and checked, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed. This may include products such as cosmetics, oils and other items intended for personal use. Bespoke or personalised items may also be excluded from cancellation.
